A few years ago my mfi2568aes refrigerator stopped cooling. Replacing the control board fixed my issue. The board was used and I believe from Ebay. A few weeks ago, the fridge stopped cooling again. I ordered part 12920710 from Amazon. After installing this board and using code 0302, everything else seems to work except the compressor never starts. I also noticed that I am unable to see the current temp of the fridge. I tried to turn on the temp alarm button but it never displayed the current temp. I then put in the old board, but the compressor does turn on. Its not just cold air. I noticed again I was unable to see the current fridge temp.
Do I have a bad temperature sensor? It would be odd that both sensors stopped working at the same time. Do I have a wrong board? Is my replacement board no good? I'm at a loss..

I swapped the old boards in again and the temp is now reading 72 for both the fridge and freezer. The alarm also goes off if I have it enabled.

what is the serial number?
I see that models with serial number that start below 12 uses part number W10890094. 12 and above use board number WPW10310240.
make sure the board you ordered subs over to the correct one.
