Hello, I have a Frigidaire model: DGBD2438PF3A dishwasher. The lower spray arm does not spin. Here is a picture of exactly what mine looks like: The blue piece is something they call "Blade Spray technology". The blue piece does spin and has water spraying out of it. The problem is the gray arm it is attached to does not spin leaving me with lots of dirty dishes. Here are the troubleshooting steps I have tried so far:
- I have taken apart the lower assembly as much as you do for cleaning and made sure it was clean (it was). I also made sure the lower spray arm turned freely, and it does. I read the manual and watched YouTube videos to ensure I was putting it back together correctly.
- I also "tricked" my door into thinking it was closed so I could observe the spray arms. The top one functions normally and I can tell that the water pressure is not an issue; it's very strong.
- The last thing I tried was taking a paper clip and poking any holes that are on my lower spray arm to ensure they are not clogged. They never looked clogged and I noticed no change.
Thank you in advance for any advice or help you can provide me with this problem!

Have you resolved your problem? I have the same issue but haven’t seen any fixes for it. TIA
