I have Samsung Refrigerator, model #RS261MDRS. Water dispenser was working fine until I changed the water filter. Now either there is no water or it barely trickles out. I have tried 3 different new filters, as well as the one I took out to replace. All with same results.

If I remove filter all together, water flow from dispenser is fine. But that's not a solution as water leaks from water filter housing. When I remove filter and check it, there is hardly any water it in it - less than a shot glass full.

It feels like something is not seating properly when I install the filter but even after reseating filter(s) a number of times no luck.

Any thought or suggestions would be appreciated
