I have a GE Microwave Model #: PVM9195SF1SS that was manufactured in June 2014. It is an over the range model, and it has "Surface Lights" that illuminate the range.

Last month, one of the bulbs burned out, and it was easy to replace. This month, the other bulb burned out, but the new bulbs won't go into the receptacles (the Halogen bulbs have two "pins" that are supposed to be inserted into two "holes", and I have broken 3 bulbs trying to plug them in The bulbs are 35 Watt replacements for WB25X10019 bulbs.

I have since tried to insert a toothpick to make sure there is no obstruction, and I can insert the tooth pick fairly easily, but when I try a new bulb, it does not slide-in...

I would appreciate any suggestions that would help me resolve this.
