Hello, I have an RCA model MTX18EMSRWH refrigerator and the coils continue to freeze up.

It first started with water running from under the refrigerator, but coils weren't freezing up. The water stopped running from under the refrigerator now the coils freeze up.

Where should I start to determine the problem? Defrost Timer, Defrost Thermostat, or Heater?

Also, I see on the defrost thermostat 58 -30F. On the replacement part for this model it has 60 -40F. What is the difference? What does it mean? Thank you.
