I have a Maytag MDB4949SHZ0 that will not wash. I hear and know it's filling with water, and if I cancel the cycle it will also drain. I've taken it apart and can't find any obstruction. I've tested the circulation motor and float, and water inlet for continuity and they all work correctly. I tested the wires going into the circulation motor during a wash cycle and can't get any reading on voltage at all. I left the leads in the connector for probably about 2-3 minutes, until it started to try and fill again, but never received a reading on voltage. I'm not sure what this means or if I'm even testing correctly. I'm looking for some help or direction since all the parts I'm looking to replace are around the $200 range and feel like I have one shot to make this work.
