I called LG and found a certified LG company. They came out and said I needed a new Mother board and they needed to reprogram the computer of the refrigerator. I had to turn the refrigerator off for 6 hours before they came to make sure the ice melted.! month later the same ice cube is forming behind the draw on the left. The same company came out and said I must of lost power and needed to reset the computer of my refrigerator and he wanted me to turn the refrigerator off for 12 hours to make sure all the ice melted. Well, it is now 2 days later and more ice is forming behind the left draw.... HELP... I dont think this certified LG company knows how to fix the issues and keeps charging me to come to my house. Any suggestions?
