We moved into a house that has a kitchenaid KFCS22EVMS refrigerator/freezer. According to the display panel the freezer temperature is 0 degF. The water dispenser does work with a strong flow of water. However, after being here almost a week, no ice has been made. The wire shutoff arm is in the down position. Any suggestions where to start with trouble shooting this?
