The door gasket on the freezer is split on the bottom 6 inches. As warm weather approaches, I can't imagine this is good to leave another summer and be emptying the overflow pan every week.

Attached are 3 snaps. One shows the split. The 2 others show, as best I can, the attach of the gasket to the door. It feels and "sounds" like there is glue on the gasket, it's not just a pressure fit.

While I'm not looking for a party, it sure looks like I'd have to remove the door and interior shell to make the change.
The parts pictorial makes this no clearer.

Could be why no repair people have interest in the job?
