Periodic ice cubes are getting stuck perpendicular to the Front, Ice Crusher 10115001 and when the Agitator 10114401 and Bar-Dispnr 10113801 rotate it hits a cube but doesn't change direction to tumble into the Cover, Blade WP67002271 and down the chute.

I can hear the agitator jamming because it cannot rotate, but stops immediately when the panel actuator pad is released. Once the cube is dislodged the dispenser will push out called ice, but after a gap in time repeats the issue; each time the cube is lodged in the same upper left location (of the cover area).

Apparently, if the crushed ice is activated for a bit (agitator turns opposite), then back to cubed ice, it clears the 'jam'. No part of the assembly looks damaged, what could be the issue?
