Please help!

I own the Frigidaire dryer FER231AS2. Couple weeks ago, it started making a horrible, loud humming noise. Best way I can describe it would be like a loud transformer going bad.

I did some research, found this site and after ordering / replacing the Rear Drum Bearing Kit, Drum Belt, Upper Felt Seal and Drive motor, I turned the dryer on with NO heat, it sounds normal. When I turned on LOW HEAR, after a minute, the horrible loud sound came back.

Anyone know what can be the issue? Please let me know.
