GE side by side clicks once by compressor then once on board.

Learning about component testing and wondering what ohms the starter and overload are if good.

Run capacitor increases ohms? ,one direction then decreases when testing opposite polarity.

Replaced defrost sensor and have several overload and start relays.

Have tried a combination of parts I have and only clicks near component side of compressor once then once again on control board.. fan runs but compressor shows no sign of life.. continuity tests beeps on all combo of compressor pins. 1 top, 2 bottom.
Not sure what to try next?
3 wire thingy?
Try to bypass relays and test compresser?
