Hello - I have a jenn-air range, JES9860BAW
We are unable to fully control the unit. Only a few of the buttons will respond. The oven will work with the few buttons that work but many and the number pad is not responsive.
Our unit does not respond to button push. The oven seems to work with the buttons that will respond but I unable to change temp set the clock, etc.. There are 2 parts for control that I could find, the control module and the 'user interface' or button front panel. Which part do you think is bad??
PS - I have no error messages. Just the most of the buttons do not respond to touch [ we had a power outage a few days ago] This problem is sudden. Thanks Dave w
