I have a whirlpool wtw5000dw2. It was giving an f7e1 code. I replaced the shift actuator thinking that was the problem. Didn't fix, no rince or spin. Can run spin in diagnostic mode. Did a couple loads of laundry forcing spin by switching to diagnostic mode. Couldn't get it to run a calibration either. Third load I started in normal mode and it ran full cycle just fine. Ran a few loads, it's now stopped working again. Same fault code. So now it spins the agitator only on spin cycle. And on agitate it agitates the entire tub and agitator back and forth. It's like it's running opposite what it should be. I'm lost
Thanks
