Several days ago the upper drawer filling hose got torn. I stopped using it and ordered a new one on eBay. Continued to use to lower drawer.

Last night in the middle of a cycle the lower drawer stopped with a U4 code (problem with the other drawer), and the upper drawer is showing F9 code.
I am trying to enter Diagnostics Mode to check where is the problem.
However, to enter diagnostics you have to have the power OFF, but the fault code is not letting me turn the thing off. It's ON all the time (as long as there is electricity) with a red LED above the start/pause button.

I tried turning the electricity off waiting a long time and turning it on again. No change.

How do I turn it off or otherwise get to diagnostics?
