I was just gifted a Viking oven/stove. It was working fine when it was removed. After getting it home and hooked up. Turned on the oven to preheat and a fire broke out under the the oven and flames shot out into the oven, in the door and on the outside of the door. God thing we were right there when it happened. My husband shut the oven off and the fire went out. Upon inspection it seems the wires under the oven floor were all burnt. One of the connectors was melted together. Where would I start in fixing it. Could it have been a ignitor short? Would I replace all the wire and starter modules. Thanks
