I have a Samsung refrigerator that I purchase last year in may. Today the buttons on the dispenser stopped working. I’ve tried resetting it. Ran the self diagnostic tool and it said it was a communication failure of the sub display and the main circuit. I called Samsung and they were no help and of course since it’s no longer in warranty they offered little help. I’ve managed to find the part that’s not working outside. It’s part DA97-17299E which looking at it I don’t see anything that would connect it to a control panel or even provide power to it. I’ve looked online and can’t find any resources. Any help would be appreciated.
