My fridge just turned 10 years old. Several days ago we realized that our ice cream was starting to melt along with some other foods. The compressor seems to be running normal without any unusual noise and is slightly warm but definitely not hot. Condenser is generally clean and the fan is operating normally. The fan in the fridge is operating. I opened the rear wall inside of the freezer to access the evaporator and found that it was free of ice except for what I believe is the inlet and return lines on the top of the evaporator which both had a decent coating of ice. I definitely don’t want to sink much money into this fridge being 10 years old. Any ideas what I can do to bring it back to life? Roll it out to the curb? Thanks,👍 Bob
