Reference: Samsung Refrigerator RF4267HARS/XAA-01

Problem: Flex door area was freezing and I replace the flex zone sensor and the main control board (Assy Pcb MAIN;13V,5V,LED DA92-00357A / AP5651692). This fixed the freezing problem, but now the flex zone temperature remains a constant 42° regardless of the flex zone panel setting selection. This is the same temperature (42°) as the main refrigeration area. There are no errors when performing the diagnostic routine.

Questions:
1. How can I determine if my refrigerator needs a damper motor — (Assy Ins-Damper CONV;AW3 DA97-08430A / AP4578492), or a flex drawer control — (Assy Cover Control-Display CONV;AW3,NTR DA97-10605B / AP5326100), or some other replacement part?

2. Are there voltage/ohm tests I can perform to narrow the problem?
