I'm getting error code 65 C on my Samsung RF23J9011SR refrigerator. From the service manual, it states that it is "Fridge Ice Bucket Heater Error." It says to look at the resistance between pins 4 and 5. The circuit was open. I then disconnected what I think was the heater element in the icemaker (a white two-pin connector going to the floor of the icemaker) and checked the continuity there. It was open as well so I suspect the ice room heater has burnt out. I can't find any instructions for replacing this element or even if it is replaceable. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to fix this?
