The front control panel is locked and won't reset. Does anyone know the repair for this? Is the control board the inverter board in the back of the refrigerator, or is there another control panel behind the front panel?

I took off the front bezel and unplugged the circuit board. It seemed to reset it. It now works, but I do not know for how long. Do you think the circuit board is going out? The only other thing I can think of it being is the small board behind the display buttons.
