SHE3AR75UC/21 Bosch Dishwasher is draining but not cleaning

This is 7-year-old dishwasher. I didn't expect it to break so fast.

I poured 2 quarts of water to start the clean cycle but it after 1-2 minutes of running. It gives me E24 error on the LED screen.
It does drain on every reset. (Press on start for 3 secs)

Things I have tried:
- I cleaned out all the drainage pipes
- Pump is cleaned
- Filters and free-spinning arms are all cleaned

Am I missing something?

Would love to know if somebody here can give me more information on how to diagnose this.
I don't want to spend another 700USD to buy another one.
