Ice was building up in our Jenn Air freezer and the freezer door would not open. We turned off the freezer, defrosted it, removed all water and carefully wiped it so that there was not water. We also disconnected the water line so that we were sure that water would not get in. We turned the refrigerator back on and waited 24 hours. The top had cooled back down but the freezer drawer would not open. Why is this happening and what can I do? Thanks
