I have a GE GSD4000R00BB dishwasher. It isn't draining the water at the end of the cycle. I checked the drain for clogs and pulled out the wash arm and checked inside for clogs. I noticed the pump would kick on for a few seconds and then kick off. I thought it was a solenoid issue but after replacing the solenoid it is still doing it.

Any ideas why this is happening?

thank you
