Hello guys and gals, I paid for a Sears repairman to come to my home to diagnose the reason why the right two cooking zones of my Kenmore (Model 79095103410) Induction Range refuse to get hot. I'm unable to even fry a hotdog on either of them. He told me it would cost over $1200.00 to fix it, and said to just buy another range. He used no meters and no diagnostic tools. He turned it on, said you're right it doesn't get hot, and told me to replace it. That advice cost me $150.00. My questions are: - Just how likely is it that simply replacing the Range Induction Coils in the upper drawer, (part #316305700 - 210mm and part #316305900 - 140mm), will fix the problem?
- Is there any other part that I should consider replacing?
- Are there any complications that I should worry about?
Any help will be VERY much appreciated. Stevizard P.S. I bought this house 6 months ago, and the Induction Range hasn't worked since I moved in.
