I bought this over a year ago and upgraded to the connection and really wish I hadn't. Does not cook things without being babysat to hold temperature. For the past 6 months I started calling the dealer weekly until he finally came and took it out to the shop to"fix it" They had it for about a week and brought it back saying it's fixed. I don't believe they did anything to it still had the same problem. Loses about 30 to 40 degrees after up to temperature and I continuously have to reset the temperature to get it to heat up!! Very frustrated as all my appliance were purchased from this dealer and all Gallery.
Any help???
