Hello, we have an Amana washing machine, model number NAV3335AWW.

Our washing machine stopped draining automatically as part of the washing cycle. I looks like it partially drains but there is a small pool of water about 4 inches deep left. We went ahead and replaced the pump but that wasn't it. We also inspected the hoses and the drainage. Then we noticed that if we move the dial knob to one of the spin cycles manually then it will finish draining.

Any ideas of what this could be?
