Whirlpool Cabrio Washer banging noise at the spin cycle

Washing part works fine but it bangs and make noise as soon as spin starts.
And it shows "UL" (Unbalanced load) indication. We did what we could do at home.
-We checked and made sure machine load is even and balanced
-We checked machine is balanced
-We checked all 4 suspension rods and all seems to be in good condition.
Actually, one suspension rod was slightly bend, so we straighten it by hand. We do not know how it was bend. But after straighten the bend, it still banged and made noise. The parts may be genuine parts. All four seemed to be relatively new condition.
Machine still banged and made noise.
We will greatly appreciate any advice!!!
