Fridge and freezer get warm to where the freezer is melting and food is very soft. Fridge is over 50 degrees. stays this way until I cycle the fridge temperature settings switch to warm then max cold. once I do this the fan kicks in and begins to cool the fridge to a very cold setting. is this the Thermostat, defrost control board or something else?
