Timer replaced but not stopping cycle? Bad dryer sensor?

Dryer stopped turning on when I pulled knob to start. Repleaced timer and now dryer starts but doesn’t turn off. Stays in the same spot when you pull knob to start. Also noticed the intellidry sensor never goes above damp. Do I have a bad sensor board?
