Dear all,

I have a GE fridge model number GSE25HMHJHES.

the refrigerator control panel break in the following steps: first some buttons were nonfunctional, then the lights shut off but there was still sound now there's nothing, no light, not temperature numbers display, no nothing from the control panel. at the same time, the freezer part inside temperature is -4C, however, the fridge part temperature is about 6C.

I already checked the DC voltage for the front panel, it is 13.68 Volts between the white and black cables. there is no much ice on the evaporator coils. it seems to me the de-icing part is working fine. since the DC voltage is okay, I guess the mainboard is functioning too.

Should I replace the front control panel next? Any suggestions are much appreciated!!!
