My original evaporator fan burnt up. I replaced it with one from Amazon but while it ran, it was not strong enough to freeze the freezer section. I got the right replacement but when I plugged it in it would not run. Would turn maybe a 1/16 revolution when it should run. The leads to the fan motor measured 120V. I hooked up the fan directly to an outlet and it ran fine. Looking for ideas as to what the problem is.
