I have a Whirlpool French door with a door and lower ice maker. Both ice makers will stop for days and then they start working again. The last time it was 4 days. I had a service tech come out and he said it looks like it's freezing up and the ice makers will stop, once it dethaws it will start. He didn't offer to test or fix anything. This last time we had quite a bit of water on the floor in front of the refrigerator for a day. They are suppose to come out again this week but the ice makers are working now. What should I suggest? It's under warranty so I didn't choose the repair company. Thanks in advance.
