Washing machine video

Here’s a video of what my washing machine timer control sounds like.
The washing machine only advances in the delicate cycle.
It won’t advance in the other two cycles. Does anyone else have this problem or any suggestions on what it could be?
I’m wondering if it’s the timer but I am not sure.
