Maytag dryer model medc300xw0 appears to run normally. During timed dry, stops prematurely. Seems to have heated normally, but dryer shuts down completely. Restarts on its own after sitting a while. have checked air path, no blockages.

Cycling thermostat has continuity at room temperature, no continuity at 185 degrees.

Any suggestions?
