I have an LG WM3700HWA washer. Getting an IE (Inlet error) on the rinse cycle. I replaced the cold water inlet valve, which didn't fix it, but got a nasty shock doing so (yes I know I'm supposed to unplug it). Probing around with my meter, I found I'm getting 120VAC on the ground line for the 12V water inlet solenoid. See photo: https://imgur.com/a/P4j9utzI assume this is ... bad? What has likely failed here? Maybe the wiring harness or main board?
