My GE Monogram ZISP420DHBSS lights on the refrigerator cold side have intermittently gone out. First the back lights would not work but the top LED panel and bottom vegetable tray worked when I opened the door. However, when I open the freezer door first then the refrigerator door the backlights work. I checked the door switch for the refrigerator back light and it had power but was not working. I ordered a replacement door switch WR23X23993.
However, I recently found all the lights on the refrigerator cold side were not working when I opened the door. When I open the freezer door then the refrigerator door the backlights of the refrigerator side works but the top LED and bottom vegetable lights do not work.
The temperature display lights are also out but come on temporarily when I push a display button. When I close and reopen the refrigerator the display light is off again.
Can this be a transformer problem of the light transformer WR62X10069 or something else? Thank you!
