Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 5		Had a new ice maker installed in my freezer and now it is only making crushed ice and not cubes. The on/off rocker switch also is very difficult to move but that is not a problem. How do I get cubes? I hear the cubes falling down but in dispensing, they are crushed. Help!

It could be stuck on crush, if its all frozen up inside. It could be the linkage or the solenoid that activates it located near the auger motor in the back. The ice maker just makes ice.
