My dryer was heating intermittently so I looked on the forum and the suggestions were to replace the valve coils (2) and the cycling thermostat which I did.

After completion of the new parts install I ran the dryer with some whites for an hour and it worked perfectly. Then when I tried on the 2nd attempt to dry some towels, it tripped the breaker.

I realized the cycling thermostat was a little different mounting and thought it might be a problem so I removed it, replacing it with the original one I had taken out.

Then I ran the dryer with the towels for an hour and it dried the towels perfectly.

Tried to do a second load and again it tripped the breaker.

Not sure why both times it would run fine the first time and then trip the breaker on the second.

Any clues or suggestions???

I thank you in advance.
