I have a Maytag MAV6200AWW washer that is making a very loud noise (like a train) ONLY during the spin cycle, and clothes are not spin dry complete. The agitator and all other cycles (wash/pump/drain) are working fine with normal regular noise. I'm not sure if it's the tub bearing, the Drain Pump, or the Timer since the noise only occurs in the spin cylce. I want to double check to make sure that i order the correct part. Thanks for your help in advance.

P.S. The washer is in a very tight laundry room, it will take some time/effort to pull it out to do any visual inspect.

Could that be the issue with the main bearing? If so, is there a part and video for replacing that?

I have a similar problem. Loud roar for a few seconds, but no spin. Thinking it could be a bearing. Belt and pulleys are fine. Did you find your problem?
