So I just bought an older Frigidaire gallery dryer model number fse747ges1.
Plug it in turn the on knob it’s starts... then shuts right off. It will o my start on the permanent press setting. We pulled it all apart. The previous owners must not have been good about cleaning the lint trap because it was full of lint!! It still does the same thing. We replaced the thermal limiter yesterday. No change...
two things.. while it was being moved the on off knob broke which we replaced.
And head setting knob broke (the stem smashed right off) so I have no idea what setting it’s on. That part is coming as well. What else should I check?
