Hello, I have a GE refrigerator model:GFE28GMKHES purchased in 2018
where the freezer section is not cooling and the ice maker is not making ice. We noticed it slowly that the ice cream was not solid. Checked the fan in the freezer section and at the compressor and both are running. The compressor is running. the refrigerator section is working fine. the display says the freezer is zero degrees when it is actually 60-70 degrees. What could be the issue? Thanks
