Hi - I've replaced these about 4 years ago and everything was fine - the micro door did not have any tension so was positive i needed to do it again - ordered parts WP4452396 and 95 since I have the stainless model - went in to replace them and neither were broken - assumed they were wearing down so i replaced them anyways with the new parts - put it back together as normal and i still don't have any tension when opening the door - in other words, the door would fall down if I opened it and let it go - so we still have to guide it down to fully open. Thoughts on what else the problem may be? Thanks!
