I have a five burner GE cooktop that runs on propane. 4 of the burners operate just fine, but front left middle sized one does not. Maybe 70% of the time it works completely fine. But the rest of the time it has some odd behaviors. Sometimes it extinguishes a few seconds after lighting. I relight it and sometimes it is fine, and sometimes it goes out a few more times before it stays on.

Other times, after being on for a little bit, it'll change from a smooth even flame to a noisy ragged flame that only comes out from one half (side) of the burner. I put it out, relight, and then it's ok. Any suggestions on potential causes that I could look into?
