I was roasting tomatoes last night and one exploded and hit the top heating element in my old GE wall oven. It made a fizzling/shorting-out noise. Now, it won't heat at all.

I was hoping it was just the top element, but I don't think so:
-neither element heats
-there was nothing tripped in the electrical box outside

Any ideas? Many thanks!
