I can’t seem to find anything online about this issue with this model. It started in around 7 minutes left in spin cycle. Smells like burning rubber and starts smoking if you don’t stop it right away.
I had a repair guy out already, and of course it didn’t do this for him, so I figured maybe it would be something easy I could fix on my own?

Don't know much about the LGs, but I would check the pump motor and main drive motor. If it smells that much, you should be able to smell it on them. Maybe something is floating around inside the pump causing it to lock up and overheat.
