I recently purchased a home with a Frigidaire Gallery model FGES3065KFF electric stove and range. When cooking I turned one left burner off but it continued to heat. The LCD displays for each of the burners then started showing either the wrong numbers or light up in gibberish. Switching the power off at the breaker and restarting, the left burner that was problematic did not turn on by itself but when started will sometimes not turn off. It also displays the wrong number in the LCD, and doesn't go from 1 - 10 anymore. The issues with the displays on the right side resolved themselves and those burners now work just fine.

Taking apart the unit there is a wiring harness of rotary switches for the burners (318411400). The wiring harness is then connected to a control board (316442061). There is separately a large board in the middle of the display for the stove controls.

I am leaning towards replacing the rotary switches before the control board but would appreciate if anyone thinks I should try the other way around.
