Grateful to have found a forum for help.

I have a GE model JB740SP3SS stove. Approximately 10 years old. No issues until today.

None of the elements are heating. By none, I mean neither the oven nor any of the burners.

The clock and controls on the control panel work fine. I can set the oven temp and it appears to be working, thermostat clicks, fan runs, element never gets hot.

Same with the cooktop, none of the elements heat.

I've reset the circuit breaker and verified the plug is seated firmly in the outlet. I'm afraid that's where my knowledge stops. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you've lost half of your 240 voltage. 120 volts will operate the computer but you need 240 to heat the top or oven elements. If you don't know how to check for voltage or don't feel comfortable with live voltage checks, you are going to need someone that can do it.

I'd check the house voltage at the plug and if that was ok,I'd check the cord and the terminals inside the range.Good luck.
