Model wrt318fzdm02

So my fridge and freezer are both cool but not cold enough. Freezer is at about 40 fridge about 45

The evaporator cover was replaced by an aplliance tech. I diddnt see any difference in the new one and the old one. The diffuser was intact on both of them.

The compressor is running constantly but the discharge line is warm but not hot and suction line is just cool .

Coils are clean, both evaporator and condenser fan motors are operating.

Any opinions on what I may need?
