Hi All!

As the description suggests, I've got an old Kenmore 110 series electric dryer that will not heat. I have checked the fuse (good continuity), I have checked both thermostats (both return a resistance of 0.1-0.2 ohms. I have checked continuity at the heating element, I have removed the heating element and inspected it for damage or broken wires/insulators, I have checked the input power (left pair 119.8v, right pair 119.8v, outside pair 239.6v) and I have checked the voltage at the heating element input while running (119.8v to both connectors). This pretty much exhausts all the things I can find online. The heating element still does not heat.

I appreciate any advice you may have and I'm happy to provide any other info necessary.
